Author's pov

The light rays of sun was coming in the room from the window and was falling on the face of a girl , the girl was in such a deep sleep that the bright ray didn't have any effect on her and she just turned her face to opposite side and covered her self in blanket.

Then a noise came from down stairs

" Wakeup Bani or you will get late to school , her mother shouted , 2 mins mummy she said in sleepy voice

5 mins passed but she didn't wokeup , then suddenly Someone pulled the blanket from her a kept it aside

" Wakeup Bani you are getting late " her Mom said , " 2 mins more mamma " she said .

" OK you are not gonna listen like this "

Her mother said and went towards the fan switch and she turned off the fan .

Bani started to feel hot and she wokeup ,

" what yaar mummy why do you also off the fan when I don't wakeup " she said irritatedly. "Because I know you will get up if fan is off , get up and get ready fast for school or you will get late for first day of 9th std and Abhishek has already went for school " she said .

Bani saw the time and it was already 7:10 and her school starts at 8 and the school is half and hour from her house ,

Bani ran to bathroom to get ready .

Bani got ready and took her bag and ran down stairs , down stairs she saw that her dad was near door and was leaving for office she shouted " dad please drop me to school I don't want to get late on first day of school " .

" But what about breakfast " her Mom said , " Mom I will eat something from canteen in break I am getting late " she said and went left with her dad .

Bani's pov

I didn't want to go to school but I am going because I want to see my crush from 10th I have not seen him from 1 and a half month , and I have to be on time because on first day he will be standing at the gate to see nobody is late on first day as he is the volunteer and I have to make an good impression on my crush I can't be late .

Finally I have reached at school and I am not late after entering I was searching for one person and that was my one and only bestfriend Navya , and I spotted her and I went towards her we both greeted each other .

"How was you summer vacation "  I  asked . " It was good we went to jaipur and I enjoyed so much " she answered.

Yes of of course she is an rich kid she can go where ever she liked last year she went to kashmir.

" What about you bani how did you spended your vacation " she asked .

We went to Nani 's house and for weeks and when we returned Bua came to our my house " I answered.

She nodded her head and while talking we went towards classroom we entered and sat on 1 bench together , teacher came and we all greeted her we an "gooooooood mmmoornniiinggg tteeaacchheerr "yes we didn't say " good morning" we said gooooooood "mmmooornnniiingggg tteeaacchherr " .

Teacher greeted us back and told us to sit down , then she said a sentence which made our heartbeat fast .

" I am going to say the name and section of the students who are not in this section so listen carefully and I will not change your section even if you cry  I am telling you all first only "

Teacher picked the register and she was finding the page where she as written the name , I and navya grabbed eachothers hand and crossed fingers in other hand and started to pray God that we both should be Same section .

Teacher started to take name and my roll no was passed means I am in this section only now we both were praying that she is also in this section only .

And guess what she was also in this section we both hugged each other from happiness. The students which were in different section went to there classes some where crying also , I hate this section shuffle when they change section every year do they have any idea how students feel .

The 1st lecture went in this section changing drama the next 4 lecture went in teachers speech that how we should behave in 9th and we should not break any rule and we have 10th next year we have to start studying now .

They tell us about 10th as if it is an war and we have to fight in that war instead of exam and we are in 9th only now .

Me and navya we both were going towards the canteen while talking  I bumped into someone and it was kabir

my brother's bestfriend and the bad boy of school  .

" Can't you see properly " he said , " I can I think your eye sight has gone weak " I replied . " You-" he was cutted in between by my crush Yash he said " guys maintain discipline in corridor this is not your house " and he left from there.

Because of this idiot Kabir my impression on my crush got bad now he will think I am a bad girl this idiot .

" because of you I also got shouted can't you see properly " I said angrily . " you are the one who bumped into me I was walking properly you came infront of me and how can someone can see you you are so small to see you I have to look down " he said while grinning .

" how dare you call me short you are extra tall lambu " I said " you better mind your language when your talking to me I am not saying anything to you because you are my bestfriend sister or else I would have shown you who I am " he said angrily and his eye's where red from anger .

" you guys started to fight again " said Abhishek bhai while coming towards us

" what are you guys doing everybody is looking at you two , bani go to your class and Kabir you know that she is childish than also " .

" But bhai- " I was cutted in between by bhai " No buts go to your class you just need reason to fight with Kabir " he said .

I went from there angrily towards my class and navya followed me , after entering my class I angrily sat on my Bench and navya sat beside me .

" let it be bani forget it " navya said,  " how can I navya bhai always takes that lambu's side " I said and a tear slipped from my eyes .

" it's not like that it just he is trying to protect you and you also know Kabir is not an nice person he is famous for his bad personality then why do you always argue with him " she said .

" I also know bhai always try to protect me but he can take my side to but he always takes that lambu's side and Kabir is like that from childhood we both always fight but bhai never takes my side " I said .

" of course he will take his friend side but don't you think it's weird Kabir only gets in arguments with you and he never argue with others " she said

" I don't know he always fight like this from childhood " I replied.

"I understand but for now let's leave this topic " she said and I nodded my head in approval.

" but my impression on my crush got bad because of this fight " I said sadly .

" No problem today is just the first day we have time to make a good impression on him " she said and I smiled and the break passed in our talks only without eating anying .

Few days later.........

I and navya were talking and teacher came we all greeted her and she announced that school elections are coming so student who wants to participate can give there name to teacher .

I also gave my name for volunteer and many other student also participated I asked navya to participate but she said

" I don't want to be an unpaid worker , why are participating " " I want to be close to Yash and it's an good chance he will surely win as head boy " I replied .

" You and your obsession with Yash do you think he will give you attention he is the popular boy of school he can get anyone why will he choose you change your crush we have many other boys in 10th try on them " she said

" It's true but for some reasons I like him he us so perfect and I don't have any interest in other boys and I know I and Yash will never be together but let's try "

I replied .

Then teacher started teaching after writing down the name of participants.

When Anjali mam was teaching in between Manju miss the science teacher

Came we greeted her with good morning.

" Anjali mam I need few students for helping in 10th science practical " Manju miss said.

Practical means I can meet Yash please Anjali mam please send me also I said in my mind .

" Ok Manju miss take janvi , Khushi , Aarti , khushboo and .........

" Miss can I also go " said Vaishnavi .

" No you can't go you just want to go here and there and do timepass " said miss and we all giggled.

" whom should I send , you go ..................
